Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, anxious in your body—or simply longing for a moment of intentional care—this is a place for gentle reconnection.

These sessions are designed for those navigating a transition, holding something heavy, or seeking support without committing to a longer container. We meet in the moment, with whatever is alive for you, and work with the wisdom of the body to support your nervous system, energy, and sense of grounding.

In each session, we may work with:

  • Somatic grounding + movement

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Breathwork and gentle body mapping

  • Energy + intuition-based guidance

  • Emotional processing through the body

This is not therapy. It’s not a coaching program.
It’s a moment of spacious, embodied support—to come back to yourself.

Session Packages

Single Session – $275
A 75-minute session for somatic support and healing, focused on one challenge or area of need. This is perfect for first-time sessions or as a reset when you’re navigating something tender or transitional.

3-Session Series – $750
A trio of sessions to work through a larger emotional or energetic theme, paced over 3–6 weeks. These allow for deeper regulation, pattern awareness, and ongoing integration.

6-Session Series – $1400
For those seeking more sustained nervous system support or in the midst of deeper healing work. These sessions may be spaced weekly or biweekly depending on your capacity and needs.
